2. Bookings

Once a booking is confirmed, the session time and resources are reserved specifically for your group.

4. Late Arrivals or No-Shows
Participants who arrive late may have reduced playing time depending on the session schedule.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice may result in the booking being forfeited and no refund being issued.
5. Weather and Operational Changes
As many of our activities take place outdoors, sessions may occasionally be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, Area 51 Bootcamp, Airsoft & Laser Tag may offer to:
- reschedule the activity, or
- provide an alternative session date where possible.
6. Refund Processing
Where refunds are approved, they will be processed to the original method of payment where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
